Using Allaman/emoji.nvim to have some emoji picker.

Had to change

    -- is not vim.fn.stdpath("data") .. "/lazy/
    plugin_path = vim.fn.expand("$HOME/plugins/"),

to

    -- is not vim.fn.stdpath("data") .. "/lazy/
    -- plugin_path = vim.fn.expand("$HOME/plugins/"),

to make the plugin load the emoji2.json from correct path! Otherwise it will fail with an error message that it can't find the emoji path 🤦
